Their Studios was founded by Lauren and Alexander Ludwig, who wanted to make timeless jewelry that could be passed from one generation to the next without using up new resources to do it. The name carries the idea. Jewelry is borrowed from those who came before, worn for a while, then handed on. • To start a return, email team@maebridal.com with your order number. We'll send your return label and instructions.
• Items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• You pay for the return label and processing. This is typically $25 and may be higher for larger pieces. We'll confirm the amount when you start your return, and it is deducted from your refund.
• We don't offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
• Report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery.
