We charge a fee for your first appointment, which can be applied toward your purchase. The second appointment is complimentary. Additional appointments (3+) are $20 each.

Please make sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance through your confirmation email or by contacting us at team@maebridal.com.

For late cancellations or no-shows, the appointment fee is non-refundable.

Lead times vary by designer, so we recommend purchasing your gown 6-12 months before your wedding. Our gowns are made to order, so be sure to allow enough time for shipping and alterations.

If you need a gown in under 6 months, some of our designers offer 3–4 month lead times, though a rush fee may apply. We also have select samples available for purchase directly from our showroom.

Our gown prices vary depending on the designer and style, generally ranging from $2,000 to $8,000. Please let us know your budget when booking so we can prepare a selection that meets your expectations.

Appointments are 60 minutes long, allowing you to try on approximately 5 gowns. This provides ample time to discuss your options with our stylists without feeling rushed. If there are more gowns you'd like to try on, you're welcome to book a second appointment.

Our shop features a small, private showroom. To keep your experience intimate and comfortable, you may bring up to three (3) guests.

Yes, we encourage you to take photos! It’s a great way to see how you look in the gowns and remember your favorites.

We are a new bridal showroom and most of our styles go up to size 10 at this time. We have a couple of pieces at 12 & 14. We aim to offer a wider range of sizes in the future.

For trunk shows and designer residencies, the sizing depends on what the designer sends us.

We don't offer alterations ourselves at this time, but we have a network of contacts we can suggest you for alterations.
