Our first appointment fee is $20, which will be credited toward any purchase made in our showroom.

Please make sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance through your confirmation email or by contacting us at team@maebridal.com.

For late cancellations or no-shows, the $20 fee is non-refundable.

Our gown prices vary depending on the designer and style, generally ranging from $2,500 to $8,000. Please let us know your budget when booking, so we can prepare a selection that meets your expectations.

Appointments are usually 60 minutes. This allows you ample time to try on multiple gowns and discuss your options with our stylists without feeling rushed.

You can bring up to four guests to ensure your experience is intimate and comfortable. Our private suites accommodate you and your closest loved ones.

Yes, we encourage you to take photos! It’s a great way to see how you look in the gowns and remember your favorites.

Lead times vary by designer, so we recommend purchasing your gown 6-9 months before your wedding. Our gowns are made to order, so be sure to allow enough time for shipping and alterations.

We are a new bridal showroom and most of our styles go up to size 10 at this time. We have a couple of pieces at 12 & 14. We aim to offer a wider range of sizes in the future. Please let us know your size preferences when you book your appointment.

We don't offer alterations ourselves at this time, but we have a network of contacts we can suggest you for alterations.
