Return & Refund Policy
Mae Bridal is the seller for every order placed on maebridal.com, including pieces shipped directly by the designer. All returns are arranged through us.
Two simple rules
Every piece on our site is either returnable within 7 days of delivery or final sale. The product page always tells you which.

If a piece falls under a final sale category, it is final sale even if its designer is listed under 7 days. Not sure which applies? Just ask us before you order.
Return conditions
Items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with original tags, packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of wear, or missing tags, will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.
How to start a return
Email team@maebridal.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll send your return label and instructions. Some pieces go back to the designer, so the return address may differ from where your parcel came from. Returns sent without our approval will not be accepted.
Return fee
The customer pays for the return label and processing. This is typically $25, and may be higher for larger pieces. We'll confirm the amount when you start your return, and it is deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking fees. Kailee P. returns over $100 carry a 15% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund along with the return label cost. Where a restocking fee applies, it is stated on the product page.
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges. Please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. For pieces returned to a designer, this starts when the designer confirms receipt. Your bank may take a few extra days.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. Report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery to team@maebridal.com, with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right with the designer and carrier. This applies to final sale pieces too.
Made-to-order pieces
Each made-to-order piece is handmade to the designer's standard sizing, so small variations from photos or samples are not defects. Alterations such as hemming or a bustle may be needed for a tailored fit.
