Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Mae Bridal. We are committed to ensuring every order is handled with the utmost care and arrives as expected.

 

Ready-to-Wear Items

Processing Times

Ready-to-wear items are typically processed within 5-10 business days of order confirmation. 

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard: 5-8 business days after shipment
  • Expedited: 3-5 business days after shipment (available on request only. additional fees may apply)

All original shipping costs are non-refundable. Ready-to-wear returns are subject to a $25 flat return shipping fee. See our  Return & Exchange Policy for details.

 

Made-to-Order Items

All made-to-order and bespoke items at Mae Bridal are created uniquely for you. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required to confirm your order, unless a payment plan is offered. 
  • All purchases are final. After order details are confirmed, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • By completing payment, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in our policies.

Order Confirmation

  • Within 48 hours of purchase, you'll receive an email with your estimated production lead time and a request for your measurements.
  • You may cancel for a full refund at this stage if the lead time or details don't work for you.
  • Once you confirm all details, Mae Bridal will place your order with the designer.
  • No changes can be made after confirmation. Please review everything carefully before approving.
  • After confirmation, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Production lead times are typically 3–9 months depending on the designer and item. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery & Pickup

Once your item is ready, Mae Bridal will notify you to arrange pickup or shipment.

Pickup (Preferred)

  • Items are available for pickup from Mae Bridal at our showroom at the agreed-upon time
  • You will be notified when your item is ready for pickup

Shipment

  • If you prefer shipment, Mae Bridal can facilitate drop-off at a shipping center as a courtesy
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including packaging, insurance, and carrier charges
  • Mae Bridal is not liable for any damage, delay, or loss that occurs during transit once items are handed over to the shipping carrier
  • The customer assumes full responsibility for coordinating with the carrier regarding any claims or transit issues

Mae Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by the designer, carrier, or any circumstances beyond our control.

All Maede-to-order items are non-refundable. See our  Return & Exchange Policy for details.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information and carrier details.

  • Allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect after shipment
  • For made-to-order items, you will receive a production status update before your item ships

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at team@maebridal.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Shipping Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, high-volume periods, or unexpected production delays. We will proactively communicate any known delays via email.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or lost in transit.

Email: team@maebridal.com with your order number and details.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. All made-to-order shipments include insurance and require a signature upon delivery.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. For made-to-order items shipped by the customer's chosen carrier, Mae Bridal is not liable for transit damage or loss.


Agreement
