Kailee P. started as a shop for children's special occasion shoes. Airin and Tammy, the two friends who founded the label, kept getting asked by brides and mothers for grown-up versions of what their daughters were already wearing, and the bridal line grew straight out of that demand. The name comes from their daughters, Kaitlyn, Haylee and Paige, which tells you this is a house built around getting a whole wedding party, brides, bridesmaids and flower girls alike, into shoes that actually fit the day.

Every pair is designed and handcrafted by the house itself, worked in satin, lace, soft chiffon, pearl and crystal, with appliques set on by hand. Comfort is built into the last rather than bolted on after, which matters more on a wedding day than almost any other.
