We accept returns for Ready-to-Wear collection within 14 days of shipment. To initiate a return, please email team@maebridal.com
As a small business, returns do impact our operations. If a return is approved, a $25 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, you'll just need to cover the shipping.
Items must be returned in new condition. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and include all original packaging and accessories (such as gloves, removable straps, or neck scarves).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear (including stains, odors, missing tags, packaging, or accessories).
Made-to-order and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Unapproved returns will be sent back at customer’s expense.
