Mia Gown
A halter gown in pure silk satin, with waves of Chantilly lace at the neckline and delicate lace inserts through the bodice. Below, a pleated silk chiffon skirt falls loose into a soft bridal train, and the back is left open.
Old Hollywood is the reference, but Mia wears far more easily than that suggests. French lace and movement rather than structure.

Elizabeth Diptych Gown
Rich, fluid satin with a fitted corset top, sculpted with seam detailing and delicate boning and finished with a lace-up back for an adjustable fit.
The drop waist lengthens the torso before the skirt falls into a soft ball gown with a long train, draped by hand. Structured where it counts, romantic everywhere else.

Daddy Girl
Cut clean on the bias from 100% mulberry silk in a soft champagne. At the shoulders, cotton voile flowers with raw edges are built up in mille-feuille layers and set by hand in the atelier, the one flourish on an otherwise unbroken line.
A silk wedding dress for the bride who wants something couture without anything shouting.

Le Marais
Two looks from one dress. The outer layer, in soft ivory silk chiffon, has a high draped neckline, long sleeves and a dramatic open back fastened with two covered buttons.
Underneath sits a champagne silk satin slip, cut to be worn alone. Keep the chiffon for the ceremony, then take it off and finish the night in the slip.

Who made them
Théoro
The bridal house of Spanish designer Elena López Ferrer, based in A Coruña on Spain's Galician coast. Elena spent nearly two decades in fashion before Théoro, from Italian high fashion to creating the Zara Lingerie line at Inditex. Every piece is handmade to order in small quantities: silk, Chantilly lace and cotton voile flowers finished by hand.
Monetre
Monetre makes every gown in its own atelier in Ukraine, handmade to order in limited quantities. Sculpted corsetry, rich satin and hand-draped skirts, for the bride who wants a little drama with her tailoring.
How it works
Three simple steps
Book
Choose a time on November 1 or 2. Appointments are $15 to book and held at a private residence. We will send you the location after booking.
Try on
Spend 30 private minutes with our stylist, with one guest if you like.
Order
If one feels like yours, we take your measurements and the atelier makes it to order. Once it's ready, we will coordinate shipment to you.

Where are the fittings?
In a private residence in New York. We share the exact address once you book.
How much is an appointment?
Each private 30-minute fitting is $15, paid when you book your time.
Which gowns can I try on?

Can I bring guests?
We keep these fittings intimate, so ideally come on your own or bring one person, your plus one.
How long is an appointment?
Each fitting is 30 minutes and completely private. Tell us your favorites when you book and we'll have them ready, so every minute goes to trying on.
How far ahead should I order my dress?
Ideally six months or more before your wedding. Every gown is made to order, so you'll want room for production, shipping and alterations. If your date is sooner, book anyway and tell us your date. We'll let you know what's possible.
What sizes are available?
You'll try on the designer samples, and your gown is then made to order in your size. Let us know your size when you book so we can prepare.
