Claire La Faye is the kind of designer you discover and immediately wonder how you hadn't found her sooner. Handmade in Portland, Oregon, her gowns are rooted in fine arts and built for the bride who wants something that feels genuinely hers. Romantic without being precious, sexy without trying too hard. She pulls from old Hollywood glamour and recuts it for the way women actually want to look and move today.

Every piece is handmade to order in the United States in limited quantities — silk charmeuse, silk organza, sequin lace and tulle, cut and sewn in her studio. Slow fashion in practice: nothing is made until it is ordered.

Please note, additional alterations may be required for a fully tailored fit, including hemming, bustle, and fit adjustments.

How To Measure

• Bust — Place measuring tape at center of apex, wrapped relaxed around the bust, for total circumference.
• Waist — Place measuring tape at narrowest point of waist, wrapped around front and back of waist, for total circumference.
• Hip — Place measuring tape 8" below natural waist, wrapped relaxed around the hips for total circumference.

The made-to-order pieces we carry are each created uniquely for you. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to confirm your order, unless a payment plan is offered.
• All purchases are final. After order details are confirmed, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• By completing payment, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in our policies.

Order Confirmation

• Within 48 hours of purchase, you'll receive an email with your estimated production lead time and a request for your measurements.
• You may cancel for a full refund at this stage if the lead time or details don't work for you.
• Once you confirm all details, Mae Bridal will place your order with the designer.
• No changes can be made after confirmation. Please review everything carefully before approving.
• After confirmation, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Pickup / Delivery Options

Once your item is ready, Mae Bridal will notify you to arrange pickup or shipment.
