Returns for this item are processed by Powered by People.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To open a return, email team@maebridal.com and we will coordinate it with Powered by People for you. Items sent back without a return authorisation cannot be refunded.

Items must be returned in new condition. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, and including all original packaging.

Return shipping is deducted from your refund at the rate stated in your return authorisation, typically $25.

Lingerie, intimates, swimwear, custom pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
