Made-to-Order Details
The made-to-order pieces we carry are each created uniquely for you. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required to confirm your order, unless a payment plan is offered.
- All purchases are final. After order details are confirmed, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- By completing payment, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in our policies.
Order Confirmation
- Within 48 hours of purchase, you'll receive an email with your estimated production lead time and a request for your measurements.
- You may cancel for a full refund at this stage if the lead time or details don't work for you.
- Once you confirm all details, Mae Bridal will place your order with the designer.
- No changes can be made after confirmation. Please review everything carefully before approving.
- After confirmation, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pickup / Delivery Options
Once your item is ready, Mae Bridal will notify you to arrange pickup or shipment.
